    I'm currently very satisfied with my service. see graph below. after lots of calls and service visits, they finally replaced my drop with a huge honkin' orange cable (have not buried it). I have tracked levels and service and with the exception of power outages and one 'hickup', it has been rock solid for months. (touch wood)

    its an extra large/thick coax cable, much larger than even rg6 quad, and it is bright orange.
