    Signed up for Triple Play $99.99 when first became available.

    5mg down 256k up.

    The more I learn about the services, the less satisfying they seem
    as advertised.

    No competition.
    One of "advantages or disadvantages" of living in MT.

    If you must speak to support, they will tell you anything.
    Write down the name of person spoken to, TOD, Date...

    The cable TV did an "upgrade" which I thought was a problem with my service. Called tech support and they made an appointment for technician to come over. When the tech got there, he explained this was considered an upgrade by the Bresnan Corp who failed to tell support and services about it. I was able to get a credit toward my bill for my time wasted.

    Ask for the Triple Play

    Should've gotten the Triple Play.

    $29.99 + $29.99 + $39.99 = $99.97/mo (plus fees).

    Try and ask if it's available in your area.
