:huh: :uhh:I have not had one positive experience with Cavalier since signing the agreement. The installation date was moved several times and delayed for a month. The sales agent said it would be no problem to cancel within 1 year but the contract said 3 years. Customer service does not care and will put us on hold for 10-20 minutes at a time. We were constantly transferred to the wrong department. All in All Cavalier is a very dishonest and unorganized business. They should be shut down by the FCC or whoever has authority over such companies. I cancelled the service and I feel relieved. My Worst Nightmare will be only a dream at last.
