I don't know when the notices went up, but tonite I clicked on a web link and got redirected to a patmedia web page, with instructions on how to reset my computer DHCP, so that I could surf the web. (some of my computers were static pointing to my router)

DNS and DHCP servers now point to 24.x.x.x. Is this the new Comcast setup? Is the takeover going to happen? Will we have enough cablecards for everyone now?

dns servers used to be located at an off site location in another state. they have decomissioned those and installed new one's at patriot's ead end in hillsborough.

OK, thanks. I'm just looking for a sign of when things might happen. I'll try not to speculate so much.
