Richard Bennett correctly observes in El Reg that the Network Neutrality proponents are not cheering the BitTorrent/Comcast cease fire that they didn't agree to in the first place.

But we should, he says, because Comcast's promise of a bright new day will be fairer than RSTs and faster than DSL. (Weren't we already faster than DSL?)
