Hello-

I originally signed up for SBC Yahoo DSL and set up an account name/email address as appropriate. Later, I may have merged my SBC Yahoo account with my regular Yahoo account (honestly can't remember).

I'd now like to add a sub-account or change my password, but when I attempt to log in under my SBC email address, I get an "invalid user/password" message. When I log in with my regular Yahoo email, I have no options to affect my DSL account.

Where did DSL account management go? How do I get there?

You used to be able to login to the normal ATT portal. But they might have some issues as it was working fine for me 2 weeks ago but today i get the same as you. I can login to email but the member center keeps failing to login.
