okay so i got a 1yr contract in oct 2006, oct 2007 try to renew contract(lock in for another year:$14.95)and she says (att yahoo hsi customer rep.) that they were still offering that contract b4 she went on vacation, but now (she was apparently fresh back) she couldn't find the code for it to put in the 'puter. ok so no more contract :( Still same price. fast forward to today, open up the bill and get hit with a $3.23 bill (other than the dsl we only pay emergency lifeline, no long distance) I am sooooo mad :D My qwestion is, the only times that we weren't billed for dsl was on the contract (pay for ten months get two free-usually the 6th and 12th months) but I'm no longer on the contract that they don't offer that has this incentive!?!?!?!!? Does anyone have an idea as to this billing method (did they forget to bill me for my dsl :D :D yea right)
if i'm rambling, sorry, 2 teeth pulled today, and this is the easier half of the job( :huh: :huh: :huh:)
