Turbo or Standard?
Are you sure you have turbo? Those speeds seem like their standard tier.
Standard is 6000/512 in most of SoCal.
Turbo is usually 10000/1000 with a growing number of areas geting 15000/2000. A very few have 8000/768.

Turbo - printed right on my monthly bills.
Do you have turbo and are getting getting those higher speeds?

What's "Printed on bill" may not actually reflect the configuration your modem is currently setup with.
Check here for your "Bandwidth Code":

Turbo is usually BW20.
Yes I have Turbo, but my speeds are better than advertised due to PowerBoost.

i will call them to find out - maybe they have my modem set to the wrong tier. could you share the url where you got those price plans from? i might use it when i call them.
