lag in miami beach atlantic broadband

last couple days ive experience some lag for long periods of time. 800+ pings testing on speedtest while on normal days ping of under 50s to ft. lauderdale, tampa, jack, ect. just got the service a month ago is this normal for abb?

Latency high... weird speed. The speed meter on windows sidebar reported 7.6 Mbps while the test was running.
