I would like to have my TA behind a Time Capsule (Airport Extreme). What settings do I need to change on my TA?

You shouldn't need to change any settings on the TA if you're connecting it to a Time Capsule or any other router.

I should have clarified my request ...

I need to have both my Mac and the TA on the same subnet so that I can share network resources.

Plug the TA into one port of the TC and your Mac into another port on the TC. No special settings needed. Or are you wanting to plug the Mac into the TA?

Looking to plug Mac into TA because airport is in a breakout box in another room and only one ethernet jack in room.

could be ok, people who use the TA as their router do the same thing. you may want to adjust settings on the TA re dhcp depending on how complex your network is.
