What is the number to CallVantage?

I ported my number to Uverse about a month in a half ago. Today I noticed they had billed me again. I assumed the account was closed because my access has been removed.

What is the number?

I called 1-800-288-2020 and got transferred to 4 different areas with no-one knowing what CallVantage is.
