I got a kick out of that too! Got mine yesterday. In case anyone doesnt understand what it all means....take a spin by the Fairpoint forum for a slew of threads regarding the troubles from Verizon to Fairpoint transition.

Doubt it. They will just use it as a pass so they can take a jab at TW in the future......IF fairpoint can ever get there act together.

Kinda like how the big fast food chains and such go back and forth at each other in there national ads...they could have had lawsuits...but they choose to keep quiet so they can continue with the back and forth bantering.

Thats true. I didn't look at it that way.
Either way, when I got the pamphlet, I was shocked at the bluntness of it.
