Hi

Would any network gurus care to opine on the following pathping and dslreports.com line quality testing results on a Netvigator service?

(1) Does it appear that there's a packet loss/latency problem somewhere within the PCCW network?
(2) Is it likely that the problem is unrelated to the local DSL loop?
