I was just told by a charter rep (George) that these channels will be added to the central coast later on this year.
FSN Prime Ticket HD
Food HD
HGTV HD
USA HD
MLB Channel HD
The Weather Channel HD
Disney HD
Nat Geo HD
Sci Fi HD

769 just showed up today. I think it's FSN Prime ticket HD. No info on the menu yet.

Update in the mail.
Getting; USA, Food, Hgtv, Science channel, FX and Bravo in HD on Nov 3rd.
A little different then the first post. It looks like they moved GSN and Disney XD to digital to free up space.

The above channels got added right on time including Ion in SD digital.
