Has anyone had any experience with this new 8-port gigabit switch? How good is it?

Yeah, the FAN makes a serious sounds, easily drowns out our Dell servers :)

Yes ? The USG1000 also has fans. So does the ES-2024PWR.

But the OP is specifically asking about the GS-108B. That model has no fan. I double checked, got one out of the warehouse and have it in front of me. It makes no sound at all.
