Low volume

Just got Explorer 2200 cable box -
but not getting alot of volume -
the box and TV volumes are full up ..
any ideas ?

That's very odd. Only thing I can suggest...plug the cable into the TV directly...does that fix the sound? Bad box maybe? And of course double check that it's hooked up properly and you have the TV on the correct input.

thanks - think it's a bad box - tv volume is fine without the box ..
