At&t 6mb service speed troubles

I upgraded a couple months ago to At&t 6mb service and was getting the full download speed. All of a sudden my download speed dropped to 3mb max. My modem says it's connected at 6000kbps service and at&t tech support said the lines to my house were fine.

I've tried hooking my modem to every phone jack in my house. No other lines are connected except the modem. I've bypassed my router and directly connected to the modem. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what the problem could be?
