SA 8300HDC DVR

I now have an SA 8300HDC DVR and ever since I got it, it seems to be extremely slow. I do not remember having this problem on my previous 8300 HD DVR. Every time I scroll throughout the guide, it lags and takes time from when I push the button for the box to respond. Does anybody else have this problem on the 8300HDC? I thought I heard awhile back that the 8300 HDC has these problems but the 8300HD does not. Just wondering if a box swap might help. Thanks.

Unplug the power from your box for a minute and then plug it back it. I had a similar problem with my digital cable box and that solved it.
