I'm an ECU fan. Used one of the cable modems at work to register for ESPN360 so I could watch it on my rock solid Embarq DSL connection. The 6 meg modem I registered on is currently pulling less than 900kbps download. Upload is testing higher than download! Suddenlink should have known this would happen.

I purposely did a test after the game started just to see the results... I figured it would be bad, just not THAT bad.

We have two locations with a cable modem. One is in the suburbs of Greenville (Winterville) and the other is in the north part of the county in a rural area. The rural modem was pulling full speed. It's not that Suddenlink's backbone caved, just that the nodes were having the crap beat out of them by the ESPN360 feed.

easy..when I try to get on the internet to check my email and it takes 10mins I do a speed test, than I check packet loss that normally happens when someone or something is hogging bandwidth

Me too,I work most Saturdays,it gives me an avenue when the game is scheduled for espn360 and I can watch a replay if my work time interferes with the game time. W00T!
