any other way to get pword reset?

Same issue here, Trying to change my email insists on my entering the password to update, but it keeps telling me that password is wrong or not entered (is it, and is right). Noticed that the password field goes blank on pressing submit (or enter key).

This with Firefox (or / and IEtab applet). DSLreports has scripts allowed in noscript.

If your password is longer than 12 characters, then try entering only the first 12.
