CV Billing Invoice

Anyone still getting billing invoice emails after porting out? I have gotten 2 since. Once was a pro-rated credit for the remaining service (expected), the other today for $0.00 (unexpected).

Yes, for the past 2 months I have gotten invoices for $0.00. Not sure what's going on with that.

Haven't seen one since the one after port-out that indicated a service credit for partial month. I guess as long as they say $0.00, you're OK. :D

Just noticed a new invoice for my credit owed (negative balance). Maybe they'll settle up this month... :)

I ported out of CallVantage in July and just got another $0.00 invoice. Perhaps they will cease when CallVantage totally bites the dust in October.
