This has got to be a lie....i dont know a single person that has brighthouse that wouldnt switch is another cable provider was available in their area

I don't know anyone who has no complaints about any cable company or telephone company.

Hi, nice to meet you :) Now that we've been introduced, I do have another cable company I could switch to. Not for all the tea in China would I do that.

This just in.. BrightHouse acquires JD Power. ;)
My phone service from BrightHouse works fantastically, when the cable doesn't go out of sync 2 or 3 or 4 times a week.
How does JD Power obtain this survey information, do you happen to know?

If your phone service is that bad I would complain to the company or switch carriers.
JD Power is an overall rating.
Not just your unique experience.

Obviously it's an over all experience, but they must survey individual users to obtain an average?
And actually, I'm just about ready to switch back to Embarq for my local phone service. 3 times this week I happened to be on the phone when the cable modem dropped.
