AT&T Cellphone coverage getting worse?

Has anyone in San Francisco been getting really lousy cell service in the last month-couple of months? My friends and I have been getting dropped calls and No Signal in a lot of areas lately, and my SF apartment's basement, which has had cell reception a few months back, has completely no service now...

we have 75+ business AT&T cells, they are really bad.
Verizon ones, 20+, work in more areas, more reliably.

For what its worth. I've got AT&T through my company and I'm about to throw the phone out the window. GPS barely works half the time, calls get dropped, VERY VERY slow internet speed.
I wish my company would issue us new phones through a different provider.

Wow, I've been getting "switch to Verizon" from almost everywhere.
