Bridge mode on Westell A-90-9100EM15-10

Does anyone know how to configure bridge (bridging) mode on a Westell A-90-9100EM15-10 (rev B, f/w 1.02.00.04) router? I just had Verizon FiOS installed with coax from the ONT, and I need to put the router into bridging mode so I can use a Linksys WRT610N as my primary router/wap/firewall. A Verizon tech told me about bridge mode, but didn't know how to configure it. I don't see anything about it on dslreports.com or Google.

Since you're with DSL Extreme, I presume you have internet only service (no FIOS-TV).
