[CATV] New HD Channels-All markets-Any guesses?

I just wanted to get everybody's opinion on what HD channels will be added with all of these changes coming to Insight. I have a feeling that most of them will be ones that the Columbus market has already like:

Bravo HD
Lifetime HD
Lifetime Movie HD
WGN HD
Speed HD
MSNBC HD
Turner Classic Movies HD
FSN South HD - For people in the FSN South Area
Cartoon Network HD
Disney XD HD
BIO HD
Planet Green HD
Outdoor Channel HD
CBS College Sports HD
Encore HD

Like I said most of the people in Columbus get these channels already. Are you people in Columbus expecting more channels, and will you be upset if you receive no new channels? Will people outside of the Columbus market be happy with this lineup if these are the channels that are added?

I noticed a few new HD channels added here in Bowling Green last week. New ones we got were Lifetime Movie, Speed, FSN, Cartoon Network, Disney XD. May have been a couple more, but those are the ones I noticed.

Those channels look like the likely candidates. But Louisville doesn't even have Fox Sports Ohio HD (except for Reds games) yet, so I'm not holding my breath for Fox Sports South. The only other one I'd really like to see is Versus HD.

I was really hoping that we would get Versus HD and The Golf Channel HD. If these are all of the channels that we are getting I bet the people in Columbus will be upset.

Several markets already get some of those channels... here in Evansville, we've had BravoHD, WGNHD, and SpeedHD ever since the last big 4.0 add...

I'm still befuddled as to why they are adding new HD channels without making a big marketing fuss over it... The only big thing that they've been promoting is those "Change" commercials that don't seem to have anything to do with adding HD channels, otherwise I'm sure that they wouldn't be so cryptic about it...

Regardless, really hoping to see TCMHD and EncoreHD soon around here...

Did anyone else notice that Columbus now has TruTV HD and something called HLNHD? I just noticed them tonight when I got home from work.

CNN Headline News-HD

Must be nice to live in Columbus. Here in Louisville we still have nothing new. It seems like Louisville is going to be the last one updated with new channels. And anyways how many HD news channels do we need. We have Fox News, Fox Business News, MSNBC, CNN, and now CNN Headline News. Looks like Insight got a good (cheap) deal when it comes to news stations. It would be nice to have some stations that actually carry some HD content. Anything like Versus, or the golf channel. I am a little disappointed in Insight. Here in Louisville and Southern Indiana, At&T has come in with U-Versue that offers over 110 HD channels. I will be looking into that when I can get it, which should be in the next couple of months.

You guys have to keep in mind we are all alone up here in Columbus. They have to compete with TWC & WOW, besides AT&T u-Verse and the 2 sat companies. While in the KY/IN regions, they have less competition to my knoledge.

Well, considering satellite is available everywhere, I don't know if the competition argument holds up... We've got WOW also available here in Evansville and still nothing new yet...
