Slow downloads?

I just tried to download some software from Blackberry.com and the downloads were taking quite a long time and downloading at 195KB/sec.

I ran a speed test and the results were: 1.4m/950

I am using UVERSE, on the Pro package.

What should my speeds be?

AT&T HSI Pro U-Verse Enabled is supposed to be 'up to' 3.0 down/ 'up to' 1.0 up.

Just trying to compare my "up to" speeds with what others are getting.
