I’ve been waiting for an avatar approval for 3 days. Did it get lost in the system?

I don't know what to say. I've used several computers and different OSes since the approval date but it hasn't shown up.

Also just before I posted here I tried to switch back to an old avatar and got the attached message so I really don't think it was browser cache.
