Sorry about asking this but how exactly do I run a traceroute to the ip I upload to and how do I find it?

Start > Run > CMD
cd\
ping_"url" (that will give you the ip)
tracert_"url"

(leave out the "" marks)

Hey guys, I got the same problem now...

Rapidshare support told me that they will never throttle a premium account, so I am assuming that Cogeco started to throttle connections...

And they are selling plan with 60 Gig...
It is like "we are fast, come to enjoy it !"
but in the other hand its
"we got your money so take it easy pal ..."

It is time to find a new provider pass the word.
