The new withholding schedules can be found here:

The old schedules (January 1 – October 31, 2009) are there as well.

Theses new rates expire on December 31st, and will be replaced once again, I guess.

Considering the amount of extra withholding and the short time involved, I don't think I'll bother increasing my exemptions to offset the additional withholding. YMMV
