Ethernet Port on Back of Pace TDC787X Cable Box

Hi, I am located in College Station, TX and I wanted to know if the ethernet port on the back of my cable box provides internet if Suddenlink is also your internet provider. Is there anything special you have to do? I wanted to hook up my Xbox 360 to the back so I didn't have to run a cable all through the apartment or use wifi.

Thank you,
Patrick

More than likely it's been disabled.

Is it possible to contact Suddenlink and have them enable it? Or is it more complicated then that. Does it cost extra?

No, the Ethernet port built into the Pace cable box's hardware is not an internet port.
