Hello,
New here, and hope to get some more info.
I have been a DSLx member since 2006. Service is pretty good, cheap price, and no more than an ocassional down time of a few hours.
I moved 6 months ago, and service was great with a 3Mbps using PPPoE. But since last week, I have not had service. I called DSLx support and was told that service & modem were OK and that it was an issue with my Verizon phone line. They told me that more customers were having this same issue. They said they would contact Verizon to solve this issue.
It's been a couple of days, but nothing has happened. Is there anyway I can know what is going on? I call and they just say that they will bundle all the accounts with similar problems and contact Verizon. Am I going to wait until enough accounts are bundled?

I still have the problem and spoke to someone in customer support last night and they told me Verizon had not fixed the problem. My username at DSLX is the same as my username here: ekiwaroke {AT}dslextreme.com. I IMed you my info last night.

Still no resolution to my problem. It's been about 2 weeks without service. This is pretty stressful, since no one is doing anything about this situation. I call once a day, have to wait for 30 minutes for someone to talk to me, and when they do, they always tell me they are working on it, yet nothing changes, I still can't connect to the internet.
I really can't live 2 weeks without my internet when I haven't done anything to cause this. Will I get any sort of reimbursement for these past 2 weeks? Probably not. Only a lot of stressful time and hours spent due to something I have not caused...
