At ftp2.zyxel.com is also no more a XU.7.

But our german site »zyxeltech.de/ has it.

I have it on two production systems since it was released without any issues.

That said: The firmware may have had some specific issue and that's why it was pulled down. Or it may just have been sync issue between ftp site.

Sure would be nice if Zyxel would tell people what is going on with it and why. Then we would know if we should downgrade or if it concerns each of us in our particular situations. Or if there is potentially a new firmware replacement on the way soon.

I think the ZyWALL 2 Plus_4.04(XU.0)C0, which also disappears, had the problem during installation. To many dead Zywall 2+.
Thats why I hope, a running (XU.7), may be a good firmware.
