Legal Notice From time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned: On or abut October 25, 2009 we will launch the simulcast, NBA TV HD on ch. 461. This service will be part of our Sports Tier and NBA League Pass offerings. You may downgrade or terminate service without charge at any time. Further, if carriage of a premium service is discontinued and you have incurred installation, upgrade or other one-time charges relating to such premium service within six months prior to the date of the change, you may elect to downgrade or terminate service within 30 days and obtain a rebate of any such charge.

I wish Buffalo Division would get NBA-TV HD along with Encore HD that other TWC markets carry.

I miss those two stations that were dropped the most.

Time Warner Buffalo still has not added NBA TV HD or Encore HD which are or will be carried in all other Time Warner divisions in New York State. In addition NY1 is carried throughout the state but not in Buffalo. In some areas, it is even carried in HD.

I don't understand the reasoning of this since TWC has national contracts with NBA-TV-HD and Encore HD. NY1 is owned by Time Warner which also puzzles me.

There haven't been any legal notifications at the TWC site since 9/15/09?

NBA TV HD is now on Channel 461 ., Time Warner NYC . Sports Tier for 3.95 / month

Actually NBATV might be in the Digital Basic Tier according to the NBA. TWC made a new deal with them to have it moved there. Of course our division has it but NBA TV HD is turned off and is just a bunch of text saying that this channel will be used for NBA TV HD programming.

San Diego is getting NBA TV HD. They still have the SD feed since they acquired an ex Adelphia system which is why we have NBA TV SD but not NBA TV HD. We used to have it but now they relocated it and just show a blue screen saying that you should check local listings for games. Now we should be getting it on 12/8 or 12/10.

All that we have in Time Warner-Buffalo is NBA-TV-SD. They still have not added NBA-TV-HD.
