[DSL] PPPOE outage- Verizon Problem 5 days, still down
My connection has been down since noon Wednesday 10/14. Tech support has identified this as a problem on Verizon's end, but updates from Verizon are spotty or non-existent. Five days into the problem, somebody should have come up with a work around. If it's a piece of equipment, replace it, if it's software, fix it! I've been told this is affecting "several" customers, yet it has not been posted as a network issue. DSL Extreme's techs have done their best, as always. I don't know what your agreement is with Verizon, but this level of non-performance is unacceptable to me as the customer, and should be to you as the provider. I'm assuming I can expect credit for the period I've been out of service, especially since no ETR has been mentioned.

Just an update: Line finally came up at 1:24 PM today. 96 hours after it went down...phew!
