Anyone know what the significance/purpose of these is? I'm having a hard time understanding -- "In memory of {some name} or "In honour of {some organisation}" placed on rear windshields of vehicles doesn't exactly make any sense to me. Is the car somehow in memory of someone/something? Did the car kill someone? I don't get it. Seems others don't get it either:
