[Equipment] DVR model

We've been having intermittent problems with our cable service recently and I was told by customer service today we probably need a new DVR box. I'm assuming the new boxes are still Motorola but does anyone know what model they are now using? Does it have any new features?

No new features, the only real differences in the Louisville market AFAIK is HDD size.

Good luck getting a DVR box that works as it's supposed to, after many replacements for me I started asking to look at the boxes on the trucks and none of them were new, just recycled boxes (had a reformat done to HDD and stuffed in a bag to look new) that were likely returned because they weren't working right. A few I have seen weren't functional at all, including one that had parts rattling around inside the box.

Fortunately, it looks like the one I got is new because it even had the protective plastic on the front display that we had to peel off. By any chance do you know what model this is and what the specifications for it are?

So far it seems to be working great! (2 days)
