analog fax using vonage digital signal

I've seen a lot of comments how vonage can be used to connect to a fax amchine. Vonage themselves told me that the digital signal from vonage do not support connection with an analog fax machine. Any comments, any adapters than can be sued to convert digital to analog on phone signals in order to send and receive faxes?

if you want to send a fax make sure you do *99 before the number because it will force the fax go to analog settings.

when I receive a fax I use my xp machine to do that for now intill I get my linux fax server to work the way I want it.

When I used Vonage, in order to fax I would change the baud rate of the fax machine to 9600 baud by enabling the OVERSEAS MODE. Check your machine or the machine's manual if you're not familiar with how to do this.

By doing this before each outbound fax, I had no trouble whatsoever.
