[Connectivity] Unable to load websites NYC

I'm not sure if this is on my end or RCN's but I figured I'd post and hopefully someone can help me get this fixed.

Last week (or maybe it was the week before) I was unable to access gmail for the better part of a whole day (I don't remember which day), but by the end of the day I was able to use it. Today slickdeals.net isn't loading for me, on multiple computers with different browsers. It is accessible to the rest of the world, and I am able to both ping and tracert it.

I'm on RCN in NYC, has anyone else had this problem or know how to address it?

If you need me to provide hardware information let me know..

Edit: It's now working at 2:35, was down since at least noon when I first tried

No problems here on the Upper West Side. Even slickdeals.net loads for me.
