[Connectivity] Cable Modem issues in Gaithersburg MD...

For the last 24 hours my connectivity has been at a stand still. I've talked to customer service three times already, and each time they say that the issue is being worked on. Anyone else in Gaithersburg having this problem? Can a local RCN tech confirm that this issue will be resolved soon?

Replaced some equipment in the hub this AM. Should be better.
