Is this normal? What can be done to speed it up? I was hoping to have it installed this Sat, 10/31

this is the only update I have received since I placed my order. I've called in but can't seem to find anyone who can tell me anything. they did verify it wasn't a billing issue.

I have an installation date, so I guess it's ok now. They said it was a problem on verizon's side.

I just wish they would provide more details on the website, so you don't have to play phone tag. Apparently, only one person knew what the details were and she wasn't in yesterday. All reps should see the details on the client record.
