[Services] DSLAM

I found out that some customers on DSLAM are assigned by mistake 6 Mega ADSL speed while they should be 1 Mega. How can I make a check on all subscribers to make sure they have right speed programmed

If I were you, I would go door to door and run speed tests on each neighbor's line and compare that to their HSI bills. Be bullish if they don't want to let you in. Don't take "no" for an answer.....

In WHICH WORLD would someone have the guts to do this if they didn't work for AT&T???

That's Bellsouth's screwup!

But my point was that no one one is probably going to apt to apt checking DSL speeds...

My point was the similarity between internet forum posts and Newton's third law.

I think AghaADSL might nave MaxSync confused with actual provided service. Just because a customers modem is synced at 6 meg sync rates does not mean that customer is getting 6 meg service. Which are you refering to AghaADSL sync rate or actual service? With ether one of these if you have to ask how you probably do not have the ability to find out, or access to that type of info since it would be considered proprietary info.
