I would like to sign up for 6.0 Extreme but 3.0 is all that is available in my area. Well, that's according to telephone sales. But awhile back i talk to an on the street At&T Tech while they were working at the telco box down the street. He paid me a visit and tested my line with a fancy tech box that he said measured down and up stream signals. He said I was well cappable of receiving more than just 3.0 his down signal was above 8.0mbps and up was high too. Who do i need to get in touch with to be able to get 6.0. Sales is not surly helping.

Just because your line shows a higher capable sync rate doesn't mean that your eligible to have the faster service, there is more to it than that. post your request over in ATT direct forum they should be able to help you.
