OK I know this doesn't belong here. But I can't figure out where else to put it where it will get the exposure to the right people, so please forgive my ignorance. Mods, please move to wherever I would be most likely to get help.

I have been applying to work at TW for years now. I use their online application process to do this. I wonder if maybe I'm doing something wrong; I fill out the app ASAP once I get their e-mail announcing the opening. So please, if someone out there can help, I'd appreciate it greatly!

I mostly apply for support and sales positions, as working at heights is something I can not do until I conquer my fears...

What should I be putting down for 'expected salary'? Until the last two apps, I've been putting in $30K, which I know is a lot for the work involved. But it asked so I put. The last two, I put 20. What should I expect, and why in the world would they even have this field available when in the end it's most likely negotiated anyway? This particular field is the only thing I can come up with that may be pushing my apps into the trash-bin.
