Amalgamated Montreal is big.

Bell does not have extra fees for dry loops. What you see advertised on their website is what you get.

Currently on dry-loop in Montreal with Bell, no extra charges.
Other providers, 7.95$ and up.

Dry-loop is used to get internet without having to pay for the phone line. (not activated)
They reserve a phone number but its unusable.
