Hello, I was about to order DSL when I was inform that they only have 4 people on the line something like that, and in order for me to receive DSL one of my neighbors would have to canceled there services.

Why is that? That sound kind of dumb to just installed the line for just 4 people in my area use when you have more people living in the area, don't you think? help me understand if you can and thanks again.

You probably have DFITL servicing your location. The following FAQ might help to explain it:
