Missing Rebates from AT&T

I had u-verse installed in August 2009. I was told and promised rebates totaling $250.00. To date I have only received $ 100.00.
I am looking for the remaining $150.00. Seems AT&T is not always as good as their word. Is there anyone that can help expedite this process?

If you've reached near the end of the 30 day period, give the rebate people a call. I was able to get the remaining $125 of my rebates.

We actually just got another check for $125 because of the trouble in the rebate process. It was nice!

Wheelzmd, my name is Matt with U-verse Tier II Technical Support, although I cannot personally get the issue fixed, I can forward this up to someone who can, there was a known issue with our system and the rebates that we are working to resolve. If you could e-mail me your U-verse billing account number, and the phone number on the account to uversecare@att.com I'd be more than happy to forward this up so it's taken care of.

Oh, and a side note for later on down the road. Check in periodically on the reward site. The other day a $50 check possibility popped up and it was approved for our account.

A few weeks ago I contacted prestonj via uversecare@att.com about my missing rebate's. The next day he called me and said he would give me a $50 bill credit and send me a $100 VISA gift card.

I have since seen the credit reflected on my bill and have received the gift card in the mail.

At least you got money. We were promised $250 and received $0. I'll send an email to uversecare and see if they can make anything happen. We had given up as phone calls would just result in an endless loop of "Oh, I'll need to transfer you to such and such department." Eventually you come full circle and end up back where you started with no solution.

On the rebate site, there are specific numbers for your state that go direct to the rebate department. I called with my issue and the man I talked to was able to correct the issues in a few minutes.

Where is the rebate site? I was sold Uverse by a door to door salesman (I know, I know, I NEVER buy anything from door to door people but I was already looking at Uverse so decided might as well). All I have is carbon copy receipt he gave me. No info on where to check on rebates.

Thanks for the link. Entered my Uverse account number and got this "no qualifying AT&T rewards are available"

Great. I knew that salesman was full of S***. Promised me a $100 gift card and $150 in rebates and that he only had 3 special ones to give away a month and that he decided to give me one... I smelt the BS on that one, I should have just ordered online.

It may not hurt to call the rewared center. The number is 1.877.258.1427
