MDU deployment?
I do IT support for a realtor who owns a apartment building in South Lake Tahoe which is in Charter's service area. He wants to have limited basic cable TV and wireless in his complex. I explained to him the best idea is to have Charter setup the building for regular basic cable and add on the fee for that into the monthly rent, and if a tenant wants to get digital cable, they can call Charter and get setup for that with a separate bill. Does Charter have an arrangement where the building owner can get basic cable to all the units, and bill separately in case they want digital cable and/or HDTV/DVR service?
Also, what does Charter provide for equipment for their internet service? I know Comcast provides a SMC business "gateway" for their business service.

Absolutely. That's very common.

Each contract is different. The account executive will be able to go over the options with your client.
