He said the network can sense when you are initiating a large download and will boost your speed a fre mbps so your off the network faster, thus decreasing the latency for everyone else. Makes everything faster. When I said I was getting a 200% increase off my 10mb (now 20) service; he said it shouldnt have been that much faster, only a few mbps :D. He also wouldnt tell me if Charter is going to keep this forever (darn it!) but from how it ounds its going to be permanent. Charter's also booing their MAX service from 20 down 2 up, to 20 down 5 up.
