[CATV] Moto DVR DCH-6416 Recorded program won't delete?
Has anyone ever had ONE specific program refuse to delete after watching? The delete button won't work in any screen... for only *this* program, recorded earlier today.
I've never seen this behavior. Does this mean something happened to the drive in that location... and it can't be written over?

Maybe it has not stoped recording yet.
Push the swap button to switch to the other tuner and see if it is paused press the play button and then live to make sure it has completed

It had completed, because I watched the entire program, several hours later. It was CBS Sunday Morning, and I watched it much later in the day.
I've tried several times since then to delete it, and it still won't. I'll see what happens this weekend, and cancel the series recording, if it doesn't delete by then. I changed the settings to save one show [which I usually don't bother with when I check new only], to see if that will clear it.
Thanks for your response. :)

Those motorola DVR's are worthless but regardless... I didn't see you mention that you've unplugged it and plugged it back in...
Perhaps there's a gremlin in the machine and if you cycle the power you'll get rid of it.

I hadn't thought about that, since it was/is working in all other respects, but it's worth a try. I'll wait and see what it does this weekend though, after recording the next show in the series. If that doesn't change anything, I'll unplug it and see what happens.
Thanks, Blake! :)
