[TWC] TWC SoCal (LA area) outage?

We just lost all cable and road runner service at our appartment. Started at 10:30 pm pacific time. The cable box says "please wait" when trying to watch anything live. The cable modem just sits there blinking the "sync" light. Tried unplugging and resetting both the cable box and cable modem with no results.

Anybody else having problems?

None down in Orange County, none last night, none now.

In 99 out of 100 cases an "outage" is fairly local, e.g. a neighborhood, even just a block or a few street.... because something blew up in your area.

I love it how people open up posts with "Socal LA Area Outage", an area with 15 million people and several million TWC customers. ;)

Usually it's nothing that grotesque. :P

Addly enough I lost cable as well but I'm in the Dallas Fort Worth area in Texas

My TV service was out too, but it was at about 10:06 PM (I timed the recording on my DVR to see when the signal failed.) I don't have any phone or Internet service, so no info there.
Anyways, I sent them an e-mail through their Web site. As usual, the guy said sorry, gave no real information, etc. but he did knock $5 off my bill.

I lost internet and digital phone service around 10:30 pm also -- I'm in Fullerton.
